Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an extra-curricular activity in which students typically role-play delegates to the United Nations and simulate UN committees. This activity takes place at MUN conferences, which is usually organized by a high school, college MUN club or universities. It is a formal event which provides an international platform for high school students where participants from all around the globe can unite to discuss current global issues.

This year 12 students – Zeynep Zeydan 10/A, Ecem Gökmen 10/A, Lina Tuğan 10/A, Ceyda Işık 10/A, Kuzey Osmanağaoğlu 9/A, Sedef Sızmaz 9/B, Elvin Yazar 9/B, Selin Egeli 9/B, Umut Altun 9/B, Ada Hatipoğlu 9/B, Barış Diker 9/D, Ekin Kılcıgil 9/D – from our college attended Euro Asia MUN which took place in Hacettepe University. It was a 4 day event and it was very well organized. Even though it was most of our students’ first experience, each and everyone of them successfully participated in their designated discussion groups.
